Arlington High School’s Admiral Players will include All Shook Up and 42nd Street

All Shook Up, Inspired by and featuring the songs of Elvis Presley with a send up the William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night will be presented on November 13, 14 and 15, 2015.

It's 1955, and into a square little town in a square little state rides a guitar-playing roustabout who changes everything and everyone he meets in this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy that'll have you jumpin' out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as "Heartbreak Hotel," "Jailhouse Rock," and "Don't Be Cruel."

Sarah Combs will direct all Shook Up with Choreography by Grace Mihalchik, Scenic Design by Thomas Swetz, Vocal Musical Direction by Amy Kilroy, Orchestra Musical Direction by David Regner and Costume Design by Tracey Olmoz.  There are over 100 students participating in the cast and crew and 20 in the orchestra.

Tickets for All Shook Up go on sale beginning Monday – October 26, 2015.  Adults - $13.00, Students and Senior Citizens - $10.00.  Tickets can be purchased on line at

The quintessential backstage musical 42nd Street will be presented April 15, 16 & 17, 2016.  42nd Street is a big, bold musical set in 1933 that celebrates the stuff that dreams are made of. It is a celebration of Broadway and the people who make it happen. Musical hits include You’re Getting to Be a Habit with Me, We’re In the Money, Lullaby of Broadway, Shuffle Off to Buffalo and Forty-Second Street.
