Children’s
Theatre of Charlotte Presents “Animal Tales”
Children’s
Theatre of Charlotte will delight younger audiences with “Animal Tales”
(March 17-18, Wachovia Playhouse), a special Tarradiddle production for
preschoolers. Performed in a playful storytelling style that involves lots of
audience interaction, “Animal Tales” is a wonderful introduction to live
theatre.
Written and directed by former Tarradiddle player Joanna Gerdy, the show
features a variety of animal stories, poems and songs that explore fables and
folk tales from different cultures. The stories teach universal lessons and
encourage a love of storytelling and creative play.
