AND THEN THEY CAME FOR ME
Remembering the World of Anne Frank
By James Still
May 1 – May 17, 2009
Recommended for ages 11 and above
This riveting multimedia event about the hidden children of the Holocaust
returns so that its dark history will never be forgotten. Videotaped
interviews with two Holocaust survivors and friends of Anne Frank, Eva Schloss
and Ed Silverberg, are interwoven with live dramatic action to chillingly
recreate their World War II experience in hiding and in concentration camps.
This moving play about families becomes a promise to the future of hope
and acceptance. DCT proudly announces that Ms. Schloss will travel all the
way from London to attend select performances and speak with audiences about the
play and her experiences.
