Recent achievements include the prestigious City of Hope 2004 Business Woman of the Year Award presented to Janet Erlick, Executive Artistic Director.  Southeastern Theatre Conference Sara Spencer Child Drama Award for Excellence in Theatre for Youth in 2003, the 50th Anniversary Gala and Season in 2002, the Moretti Award for Cultural Achievement in 2001, The Small Business of the Year Award in 2000, and being named "Best Live Entertainment for Children" by South Florida Parenting Magazine five times.  Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre is constantly recognized as the place where dreams take center stage.
