The
Execution of Justice follows the trial of the People vs. Daniel James
White who murdered
Harvey
Milk and Mayor George Moscone in 1978 in San Francisco.
Dan
White was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and received 8 years in prison.
He
should have received life for committing two first degree murders.
Dan
White got away with murder because he ate too much junk food.
It
became known as the "Twinkie Defense"
