Mango-Chutney in My Emperor’s New
Clothes at San Diego Junior Theatre.
San
Diego – San Diego Junior Theatre takes on Larry Shue’s creative translation
of Hans Christian Andersen’s classic story. Directed by Ruff Yeager,
My Emperor’s New Clothes opens June 30 at the Casa del
Prado Theatre in Balboa Park with performances through July 16. Audience
participation is required to help overtake the villains!

Junior
Theatre has embarked on their 58th season with thirteen productions
for three locations (Balboa Park, Chula Vista and La Jolla). Their primary
mission continues to be to provide all youth ages 4-18 the opportunity to
experience the theatre arts through innovative classes, camps and outreach
programs.
