~ Western Regional Ceremony-Phoenix RSVP Information ~

Thank you for your interest in our National Youth Arts Awards ceremony. Below are more details regarding date, time, and place. If you are interested in attending, you will need to fill out the RSVP form below. If you are unable to make the date of the ceremony nearest you, please feel free to RSVP for one of the other ceremonies that better fits your schedule. Dress is summer formal.

COST:
Award Winners and Nominees get 1 free ticket for themselves.
Members get 2 free tickets.
Additional tickets: $12

PLEASE NOTE! We will be leaving for the theater shortly after noon the day of the event. If you are registering today after noon, we will not be able to send you a confirmation. There were about 40 seats still available as of this morning, and we don't currently anticipate a sellout. If you come, please let the registration table know that you registered today and may not be on their list. If you are an individual award winner, please let the registration table know to tell Rob Hopper so that we'll know you're there to be called up for your award. Thank you, and see you soon!
